Pastel Painter Living In Montana -- New Show - LIVING COLOR
LIVING COLOR
January 2nd through March 29th
In the 3rd Floor Gallery in St. Patrick's Hospital
At 500 W. Broadway, Missoula, MT
I was delighted to be invited to show my work in the 3rd Floor Gallery again. The show will be up for 3 months. I hope you'll have a few moments to stop by and take a look.
I've been on an art hiatus of sorts....lots of changes in my life including moving and sort of retiring. The upshot of all these changes is I now have a dedicated art studio. It's not terribly grand, just a small bedroom but I love being able to stop working on a piece, lock the door, and start back up where I left off however many days or hours it's been. I lock the door because my cat is very interested in the pastel sticks. I don't know if she likes the colors or the fact that they make a great sound when she knocks them to the floor or that they roll marvelously. She's so clever she's learned how to open the lever door handle to get in, hence the need for the door to be locked!
A dedicated art making space. That's a huge gift.
Hope 2024 brings lots of joy and meaningful life gifts to YOU! Here's to a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year for all of us!
